The day after the Opening market we received an email from the council letting us know we are not permitted to have our corflutes up. As a result of this, we are faced with the challenge of finding new ways to let people know where we are.
Natasha and I have recently updated the application forms and process. We now have a "No Pay, No Stall" policy.
We now send Invoices and payments now need to be paid by the due dates sent out on the invoices, we no longer collect stall fees on the day of the market.
February's Grand Opening Market saw over 500 people through the doors which was an absolutely fantastic start. March market was held on Easter Sunday and we knew numbers were going to be down however we were extremely happy to see we still saw around 300 through. Unfortunately April was low and we have had to cancel May but given we have nearly 7 weeks until the June 26th Market, we are confident we can get the numbers back up and keep them increasing.
