Our Background

 

Natasha and I have been involved in the market scene since 2013. We started out on a comittee in which we helped organise the running of Moana market. In March 2014 we took over The Fleurieu Showcase Market held in Yankalilla which we ran until November 2014. We also started up a Market in Sellicks Beach in June 2014 and ran that until we closed in June 2015. We are now very pleased to be starting a new adventure with The Meeting Place Market holding it in The Holdfast Bay Community Centre starting Feburary 2016.

 

Our Market

We have the vision on having our market as a family friendly market with a very strong Family base. Our aim is to have it as a Boutique/Artisan market focussing on stall holders who make all their own items and bring their own style of Uniqueness. We have stall holders that have been with us right from the Beginning at Sellicks Beach who will be coming with us on our new market adventure. We will be doing our best to provide the community with products that will be suited to all ages from Babies to The Elderly as well as providing The Community with a positive, fun, energetic and enjoyable market with the Friendliest stall holders that will be a delight to visit.

Stallholders Info

 

There are limited Trestle tables on offer but we will be buying a whole heap to make your life easier. A single stall space will be one standard (6ft or 1.8m) trestle table (as pictured above). Should you require extra space, we will do our very best to accomodate for you

You may be required to bring your own Trestle table. Please keep in mind a single space is 1 Trestle table which is $30 and a double space will be 2 trestle tables which is $50. Please advise us if you need extra space.

There are spaces available (but limited) outside where you can set up a 3x3m marquee and your own set up if you would like to be outdoors
